What are your service fees?

Fees are strictly based upon services requested and are generated by a per forms/lines basis. You have the right to accept or decline services prior to preparation. Once preparation takes place you are responsible for 100% of generated fees.

How long should I keep my tax records for?

Every standard individual client should keep their records for 3 years after the year filed. Business clients should keep their records for 5 years. Special circumstances may require standard individual clients to keep their records longer. See your tax expert for additional tax record keeping info.

What is your late/no timely cancellation policy?

There is a $35.00 additional fee for clients who no call/no show for appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may have to reschedule depending upon other scheduled appointments. However, there will be a $35.00 rescheduling fee that will be added to your service fees. Walk-ins are available on specific days and times during the week. Can I receive services without proper documents?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to service you unless you have all required documents to file. There are no exceptions, and we reserve the right to decline providing our service. This may result in a rescheduling fee of $35.00 that will be added to your service balance.
